Refunds
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Speed Regalo Management unless otherwise provided.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders are acknowledged upon "check out" through the shopping cart. When the item/s ordered are available, Speed Regalo immediately books the shipment to the carrier or courier based on the buyer's confirmed shipping address. In the event that a buyer cancels an order for any reason other that, a penalty surcharge equivalent to 15% of the total value of the order shall be imposed. In the event the buyer was unable to confirm the payment within two days, Speed Regalo has the right to cancel the order automatically.
Speed Regalo has the right to cancel an order caused by inaccuracies or errors in the products' description, prices, etc. that are posted on the site. In case the cancellation happens when the buyer has already confirmed the payment, Speed Regalo must return a full refund of the amount that is in question.
Speed Regalo has the right to cancel an order caused by misleading information like wrong delivery address, incomplete delivery address, fraud transaction by using fraudulent credit cards. Speed Regalo customer service will require supporting documents for the credit card transaction for verification.

Speed Regalo's failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Any legal action or proceeding between Speed Regalo and you related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Paranaque, Metro Manila, Philippines.
