What is your operating time?


Speed Regalo is open from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Speed Regalo can definitely deliver your gifts on your requested date but with no time commitment.

How will you ship my order?

Our third-party delivery service will deliver your purchased gifts via motorcycle and van. For Visayas and Mindanao, delivery will be via Sea and Air. 

How long will it be before my recipient receive my gift?

Once payment has been made, allow us to deliver your gifts within 1-3 business days for Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna, Bulacan, and Pampanga area, while 3-10 business days for other parts of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao area. 

Do you have the Same Day or Express Delivery?

Yes, we can ship your gifts and have them delivered and deliver them within the day but with no commitment time.

Delivery may take from 11:00 am to 9:00 PM.

Same-day and Express delivery applies to the following area only: Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, and Rizal. 

Is there any cutoff time for Same Day or Express Delivery?

Cutoff time for Same Day or Express delivery is until 2:00 PM (PH Time), the order must be paid and coordinated with Speedregalo Customer Service. For more information, you can email us at hello@speedregalo.ph.

Due to some situation beyond our control, No doorstep deliveries can be done in the following areas:

ORMOC - No airport facility

Areas within the scope of ARMM or Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao

BATANES, APARRI

KALAYAN Group of Islands

Outside of town proper deliveries involving inter-island transfers

The capability to deliver to these areas and applicable rates, if any, shall be subject to confirmation with Speedregalo

 

Do you ship Internationally?

SpeedRegalo can only do the shipping within the Philippines.  However, should the customer wants their purchased items to be shipped internationally, this can be arranged depending on the type of item/s to be shipped and the delivery location. Customers may email Speed Regalo's Customer Care, hello@speedregalo.ph for further information.

Returns Policy

Speed Regalo assures 100% customer service achievement of the products purchased by its consumers. Our categories are Perishable Items (Lechon, cakes, ice cream, etc) and Non-Perishable Items (electronics/gadgets, appliances, etc). If unexpected or unfavorable circumstances occur with the item being transacted by Speed Regalo, we guarantee the consumer a refund or replacement of the product based on the conditions applied herein. Customers can return an unopened item bought at Speed Regalo after the item has been delivered, provided that the items are damaged or spoilt upon receipt and reported within the day the item has been received. In the event, the consignee is unavailable or no one on behalf of the consignee will be able to receive it, Speed Regalo can reroute or re-attempt the delivery for a maximum of 1 (one) time only. There are some restrictions regarding refunds and cancellations due to the nature of some products like cakes, fruits, edible fruit arrangements, chocolates, flowers, or other highly perishable products.
